D. Corydon Hammond is renowned among professionals in hypnotherapy as one of the most treasured books of hypnosis scripts available, and is often referred to simply as the “big red book”.

Each topic chapter has a small introduction be the author himself and is integrated into the material and placed under current context of research and clinical experience in hypnosis and psychotherapy. Editor’s notes introduce individual contributions clarifying the relations between interventions and larger issues.

A majority of our happiness is intertwined with being comfortable with ourselves, except we spend so much time and attention and energy to what others are thinking about us and if they are comfortable around us. When we take the necessary steps to be comfortable in our own skin, when we learn to love ourselves and forgive ourselves, we will live life at an optimal ultimate level. Because of that we can be better people for the people around us, we must let go of the fear that we are not being enough in the eyes of others then we can live from a loving place that enriches the world.
