The 8 Pillars of Health-Inflammation

We’re doing a whole series about INSPIRED, and the acronym of INSPIRED, and we’re just going to go letter by letter. And so, this is our very first one. Let’s talk about the first letter in INSPIRED, Inflammation. Jonathan Hunsaker here with Organixx, and I’m joined by my good friend and business partner, Ty Bollinger. Ty Bollinger: What’s up, bro? How are you doing? Jonathan Hunsaker: I’m doing good. Thanks for joining me. Ty Bollinger: Yeah. Jonathan Hunsaker: Help everybody at home understands exactly what is Inflammation? Ty Bollinger: Inflammation is swelling, and it’s swelling in different parts of the body.

According to many of the medical doctors we’ve interviewed over the last several years, the number one root cause of many degenerative diseases. If you’re elderly and your joints hurt, that’s chronic inflammation in your joints. The good thing about this scenario, and any scenario which involves chronic inflammation, is you can reverse inflammation, and there’s a variety of supplements that you can take to reverse inflammation, but there are also certain things that you can do that aren’t even supplement-related that can help to have healthy inflammation levels.

Jonathan Hunsaker: What are some other things that are happening internally when we’re inflamed that most of us may not even realize? Ty Bollinger: One of the things nowadays that we’re all exposed to that we don’t even know it, it’s kind of one of those invisible hazards, is genetically modified foods. GMOs cause chronic inflammation in the gut. Many people’s intestinal lining is chronically inflamed, and you won’t know it except for the symptoms that you have, irritable bowel syndrome, or Chron’s disease. And so, that’s probably the number one place where people are chronically inflamed today is their digestive system, and it comes from GMO foods and pesticides, that we’re eating unknowingly, causing chronic inflammation in the gut. Jonathan Hunsaker: If I feel like I’m chronically inflamed, what are some simple things that I can start doing to feel better, or to help decrease that inflammation? Ty Bollinger: Chronic inflammation results from the body being overburdened and not having enough breathing time.

So, one of the best things that you can do for chronic inflammation is rest. That’s one of the letters in INSPIRED. Right? Jonathan Hunsaker: Right. Ty Bollinger: Is getting enough rest. And so, these are not standalone pillars of health. They all feed off of each other. Jonathan Hunsaker: It’s not like “Oh, well, if I just manage the inflammation, now I’m going to be healthy.” Right? Because you still have the other seven pillars that are being neglected.
