The 8 Pillars of Health “E” for Emotions

This is the first time in history that we’ve ever understood that emotions can actually make us healthy or they can make us sick. Jonathan Hunsaker: Welcome, everyone. Jonathan Hunsaker here with Organixx. I’m here with my good friend and business partner, Mr. Ty Bollinger. Ty Bollinger: What’s up, Mr. Hunsaker? How are you? Jonathan Hunsaker: What’s up, man? I’m good. Thank you for joining us. Ty Bollinger: Yeah. Jonathan Hunsaker: We’re shooting a whole series of videos talking about the eight pillars of health, which are represented by the acronym INSPIRED. Today’s video is about the letter E, which stands for Emotions. Ty Bollinger: Yeah, I’m glad we’re going to talk about Emotions because I think it may be one of the most, if not the most overlooked pieces of the health puzzle.

Jonathan Hunsaker: If you really want to get healthy, if you really want your body to heal, if you’re experiencing some sort of disease somewhere in your body physically, consider that there might be some things emotionally that you’re still carrying onto, bad things happening in your life or things that you’re interpreting as being bad. All of it gets better. Ty Bollinger: Find something that makes you laugh. And do it on a regular basis, because we know not only does it make you feel good, it makes your immune system feel good, too. Jonathan Hunsaker: We stress out over the work, and over this, and over that, and that stress that we carry doesn’t change that result, right? It doesn’t.

You stressing or worrying about something doesn’t change that outcome over there of what’s going to happen. Ty Bollinger: The only thing it changes is your internal terrain. Jonathan Hunsaker: Exactly. Ty Bollinger: So, Emotions play a big role in our overall health. And so, this is why it’s definitely one of the eight pillars. And it’s often overlooked, but don’t overlook it. Your Emotions do matter. If you’re holding onto bitterness or resentment towards somebody, let it go. It’s not affecting them, it’s just affecting you. Don’t worry, be happy.
