The 8 Pillars of Health “D” for Detoxification

The key to good health is good stuff in, bad stuff out, on a regular basis, which is detoxification. Jonathan Hunsaker: Welcome, everyone. Jonathan Hunsaker here with Organixx, and I’m joined by my good friend and business partner, Mr. Ty Bollinger. Listen, we’re filming a whole series of videos talking about the eight pillars of health, which are represented by the acronym INSPIRED. Today is the letter D, Detoxification. Ty Bollinger: You hear a lot about detox, but what exactly does that mean? What does it mean when you need to detox? So, one of the ways that you can detox is you can detox your emotions.

If you’re holding in bitterness, resentment, anger towards somebody, you are toxic emotionally. And so, detoxing your emotions might be the number one most overlooked part of detoxification. That’s essential. But also, physically, we need to detox. It’s not enough to put good things in. We need to work on getting bad things out, whether it’s physically or emotionally. And so, that is detoxification. How do you detox? Well, there are several different substances that we can use to detox our bodily organs, and they’re different for different organs.

One of the best detoxification substances that I know of is iodine when it comes to heavy metals. Jonathan Hunsaker: We’ve talked about with our body, but let’s talk about detoxing our homes, right? Getting the toxic chemicals out of our homes and stop using those kinds of things that are just adding the toxicity into our body. Ty Bollinger: You can’t be healthy if you don’t detoxify your body, don’t detoxify your living area, and don’t detoxify your emotions. If you don’t do any of those things, you will not be healthy. Jonathan Hunsaker: So, there’s a lot of different ways to detox. We have many articles that are coming out.
