When we take the necessary steps to be comfortable in our own skin, when we learn to love ourselves and forgive ourselves, we will live life at an optimal ultimate level. Because of that we can be better people for the people around us, we must let go of the fear that we are not being enough in the eyes of others then we can live from a loving place that enriches the world.
